shacksystems has the worst customer service imaginable. Maybe that just goes with the territory, idk...
I will say that it's pretty stable. You will have a ok experience as long as you do not place any tickets. It's also not uncommon for them to take from you and cancel your service. any suggestions of better services?
I waited 20 hr for confirmation email never recieved it. Loged in in with my account they did have my proper emal address. Hit the resend tab numerous times, no confirmation! Sent a ticket saying please send verification or refund. Loged in to acount nex day said I was terminated, what the hell! 7 days later no refund to my credit card. Sent twiter mesage to solo man telling him what happened. "Check your spam folder" he said. Well no shit who don't? Then said "email me if you still have a problem I can contact them." Must be nice to be able to talk with someone, right? Thats all I wanted to do to get things worked out was talk to someone or get a response. I just wanted what I paid for. Shacktv & Solo man can suck my dick. Okay vent over, who is the best iptv service? With good customer service.
It's just as bad as Eternal TV. They are horrible, they have billing issues, do not accept PayPal, and then cancel memberships. Right now, new users are blocked, and it just shows "out of stock" on the site.
Try Cloud9tv. It's only $15.00 a month and you can use up to 5 devices with one account. I have had it since Setv bit the dust and I am happy with the service.
Man soloman hasn't really had the best rep, id be really weary of some services. If you want I can set you up with a boomtv trial but I do recommend you do your homework really with any service first. Especially in the current landscape alot of providers have had better days to say the least.
I’m with them for 2 month I haven’t had any issues and I have submitted a couple of tech support tickets and there pretty good off getting back at a reasonable time
I tried shack tv for a month and I must say its geared more to latino/spanish speaking clients. Most of the vod movies are defaulted to play in spanish and the bulk of their movies have hard coded spanish subtitles. A real distraction when trying to watch a movie.
Isn't this being promoted by soloscam?
