They do not respond to emails. I signed up for a gears/mayfair package and my log in info has never worked with gears. I am able to log into mayfair epg. On a hunch i tried to log into reloaded with my given info which allowed me to log in. I have sent a few emails the last 2 weeks letting them know about the mix up and have not gotten a single response. Not sure what good mayfair is with reloaded (pretty sure none)

i would join their facebook groups ASAP. they are very active on there and seem to respond to users often. from what i can tell they have had some issues with payment and accounts the past week or two due to the split between Gears and Reloaded which are two seperate services.

I used them last month and it was fine, this month I upgraded my service and now they don't respond. My status 10 days later is still "paid, unfulfilled". Stay away from this reseller.

And thats one of the reasons you pay month to month. Trying to save the extra dollar ends up loosing a bigger amount.

This is an unregulated space where anyone can get your monwy and disappear.

Advise: use a “famous” service, with an active forum/chat and pay month to month, if its possible, a must for some, with cryptocurrency if you live in europe.
