Are they an official epic reseller? I don't see them on the list?

While I do not know the full context of your concerns, but I can confirm that Xreamstreams.com is an authorized reseller of Epicstream. He has hundreds of satisfied customers under him and seems to be extremely well equipped to support customers.

I have spoken to Xtream and they have refunded your funds already. I would like to apologies on-behalf of Xtream that the Epic service did not meet your needs. We did experience an outage from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM EST today, and this was posted on our Ultrabox forums....maybe this is the reason the m3u8 temporarily stopped working?
