I have been in the market for a new IPTV service provider. I had read good things about VADERS IPTV and subsequently found vaders.ca that offered a $3 trial, so I could evaluate the service. The problem was vaders.ca was in the middle of what they call a panel outage (still ongoing since March 14), however, unless you are a member you can't login to see the network status. After I purchased the trial, I discovered the outage and politely requested an extension (see the request in italics below). The response I received is at the bottom in bold .
Question to Vaders.ca: I purchased a 36 hour trial on Friday, but was unaware your system was down at the time. I have heard good things about your service, but really need to trial it before I purchase it. I have been with Nitro IPTV for over a year, but there have been a lot of outages and glitching lately Is there a way you can extend my trial so I can properly evaluate it?
