tl;dr
Honestly I don't see myself renewing with this service, unless things get a lot better within the next month. Vaders was better for me (although a lot of Canadian channels weren't working either at that time). Will be trying VooDoo next.
Canadian user - Using Perfect Player on Nvidia Shield
I haven't used this service for very long, this is just an initial impression of the "English" section, Can/USA sports channels, movies, and "Kids" section. I went through most, but not all channels and this is what I found.
Initial observations:
- Poor separation of Canadian and USA channels. Not as big of a selection as I thought for Canadian channels. They are all grouped into the "English" section. Its not clear whether I am selecting the Canadian or the US version of a specific channel. There are a few with labels, but not many.
- In perfect player, there is a lot of text overlap in the EPG. This wasn't the case using the official app, so maybe its a perfect player issue. I couldn't get the EPG to load using TVirl.
- Volume discrepancies between channels. Some channels had really low volume compared to others.
- Aspect ratios were all over the place. A good mix between full screen, black bars on top, and black bars on sides.
EDIT: looks like some of these channels are working again.
EDIT 2: while some channels are back up, it looks like other ones are down again, or have issues like no audio or no video.

I focused mostly on the negative findings, but there were a few positives. There were a good number of FHD listed channels, and the the ones I checked were indeed FHD streams. The offical App seemed to work well, although I wasn't a fan of the way the EPG looked. There seemed to be a lot of UK channels and it seemed really well organized, and there seemed to be a lot of VOD content, but I didn't test any of that as I'm not interested in that content.
Same experience here on epic.
