I mean a Vape and a Frog name should be enough of a clue to run away from this guy. Few months ago a few had same experience with him and reported here.

I did not get a response at first when i purchased thru Vapefrog (there was a delay however it was the holiday season in Canada)

I sent an e-mail to technomicah@gmail.com and receive instant responses. Vapefrog was even kind enough to provide me with a trial to ensure the service worked with my smart tv.

just purchased another monthly subscription.

paid via paypal, and received my m3u and epg within 5 mins from Vapefrog.

Scammee reporting in here. PayPal rectified however. Order was in October and there was no communication at all.

I've had similar experience dealing with them in the past where I had emailed them at support@vapefrog.ca asking a few questions but never got a response back from them. Good thing I didn't purchase a sub and it was just for a trial.

I agree with all the complains here. It was back in November 22 when I placed an order for one month of Nitro TV. I paid $11.11 American Dollars through Paypal, so I thought I was getting a good deal considering Nitro TV is $18 on the official site. Boy was I wrong. After the payment, I never heard from him again.

I didn't call him because I am not in North America, so I believe that was not a good option for me (I suppose). Nevertheless, I think I don't have to be calling a person in Canada for a service I already paid straight to his Paypal account.

On this thread there is some talk about the holidays, but this was back in November. So, I don't know what happened with my order.

Paid via paypal for the one month Voodoo service on Tuesday (23rd Jan) night. Its Thursday afternoon and I'm still waiting. Got an email yesterday apologizing and promising that the service would be activated and I'd get the login information within the hour but the hour came and went with no update. This is what most resellers are like, unfortunately. I'm not sure what complex comes over their irrelevant selves but many of them display similar behaviour. frog .

The first thing you said was how you were about to complain to PayPal for a refund. We immediately apologized for the delay and explained it was a result of being closed for the holiday and that your service would be activated shortly. You did not seem satisfied with that response so we humoured your other inquiries about the nature of our business and how we conduct order processing. In the end, we realized that you are an undesirable character and honoured the refund you requested.

I apologize for any delays for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to offer you one month of free service. Trial requests were a difficult thing to fulfil since we were offering them for free and couldn't handle the number of requests. Free trials are over and most services with a trial costs $1-3. There are fewer requests and we can pay our staff for the effort. This way we can manage all the requests.

Should have read these posts before pay for the subscription, paid them yesterday and it had been over 24 hrs still no response, text and email him no response. You are right still away from vagefrog.ca

I think they are scammers,paid for 3 months subcription and in one month they cut me off. Is more than a week now and sent lots of e-mails, whatsapp and no response.That tells me this people are irresponsible. I like OK2 tv,anybody knows of a good iptv provider?
