I first signed up because I wanted a source for my 24/7 Sky Sports addiction. I normally use Smooth Streams when watching games, but they are really not reliable when it comes to their small UK selection (which tbf they are really honest about).
So I signed up with Ace and in the beginning it was working very, very well. I used Smart IPTV and it was fast, responsive and the streams just worked. Also impressed with the quality of the Sky channels, which seems a rarity when it comes to IPTV (everybody seems to be offering FHD US channels, but the Uk ones are often less reliable for some reason).
Anyway, a month back the problems started. I got buffering all over the place. I couldn't watch 2 minutes of SSN without the picture starting to loop/stutter and trying to watch an entire game was no longer an option. I tested the service through several apps on my Shield TV + in Safari/Firefox, but it was the same no matter how I ran it: terrible. I just couldn't count on this service anymore, not even if I wanted to watch SSN for fifteen minutes.
My connection is 100/100 and I am always using a wired internet. I even tried to change my ethernet cable and went wireless for while, but it didn't really change my results. Also I never have problems with other streaming services (including Smooth Streams).
I contacted support and they were quick to respond. However they always pointed the problem back to being at my end. Their only real solution (the one they seem to give everyone in the FB group) is to "power cycle" the router, which tbh is not a real solution. The problem is, I expect, like with so many other IPTV providers, they got greedy and oversold their product.
I was so excited in the beginning that I bought a years subscribtion. This was a mistake I'll never do with an IPTV provider again.
So, I am posting this as a warning to people who consider joining Ace: You really shouldn't. It's just not worth it.
Reliability is everything, and this is where they fail.

Similar experience. Wanted to really like them but way too much buffering and looping. Had similar problems 5 or so months back.
