ACE TV - Poor!

by iBR0Xi

I'd advise anyone who uses IPTV for PPV events or weekend football to keep clear.

I have been with them for 2 months and recently they are freezing on every stream constantly. The Mayweather v McGregor fight was impossible to see a full round without sticking. I have over 40 customers who I set up their boxes to use ACE TV, I will be changing this at the first chance. Can anyone recommend a good IPTV provider?

I had an overdue balance on my own account and cleared it but my services remained suspended so I missed the full weekend of football.

They provided me with a trial account as a short term solution where it was overloaded with users so I was being kicked off constantly. Bad customer treatment very poor service, just my experience with them.

Pay your invoices and stop complaining.

Box seller with over 40 customers and you ran up an overdue balance.

Sounds like bad customer treatment and very poor service all around there.

Setting boxes up with no VPN instructions would be considered bad practice right now. Since the EPL won the high Court order, ALL Iptv is suffering, not just Ace. You need to instruct every client on how to get a VPN set up, or you will have support tickets dropping every weekend.

There's a few options, but the easiest is VPN service that offers an android app, and starting this before launching Kodi. You can get more complex with a VPN router (or easy: buy pre-setup router on ebay), or routing your Smart TV through your VPN on your PC.

If you don't understand the tech and current situation in this space, rethink your business op.

EDIT: My streams are working fine 99% of the time (there is no 100% iptv service) with IBVPN installed on a Kodi box, and I still use my Smart IPTV app without vpn thru tv on non-matchdays.

EDIT 2: I watched the PPV with a minor issue once the fight started. Swapped streams... all good.

I've been using Ace TV for just over two months now and haven't had any real issues. Streams are reliable and I think they provide a pretty stable service.

The only issue I encountered was the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight. The FHD stream was unwatchable but the HD went off without a hitch. In all honesty I was expected all streams to be unwatchable due to the hype and traffic so hats off to them for that.

I'm watching from New Zealand so maybe that has something to do with it.

I'll be watching the All Blacks destroy the Springboks tonight so cheers Ace as otherwise I'd be forking out NZD$80 a month to watch a few rugby matches which to me is just blatant robbery.

Given that you've a bad experience, what service are you with now? I have hits and misses with ace and currently using wss which has been great, but would like to have a solid backup

I had no issues with ACE IPTV at all. In fact I am in the process of trying out several suppliers to see who has the best fit for my needs and they are on my list of suppliers I would go with.

Worked pretty well for me yesterday. Watched the swansea game on the FHD channel. Heres what happened. Started the game in KODI (windows) and watched till the clock was at 17:11. then I got booted off the stream. For a few mins none of the streams worked except the Bien one. KODI's a bit of a bugger if it gets hung up in the background so I closed it and relaunched the stream from VLC. In VLC it opened 1st time with the clock at 21mins and stayed open for the rest of the game. well until about 80 mins when I'd had enough and wandered off. I'm using private internet access VPN via the london server. I'm on 80Mbit download and im in the UK.

Glad it wasn't just me.. worked great for 2 days then went to buffering so bad it was useless. Tried it wired, wireless, with vpn and without, even bought a high dollar streaming box in case my current one was the issue... nothing worked, support told me theirs worked fine. I feel ripped off
