Stay away from Mega IPTV

I decided to have a go with their services. Only limited channels worked, while some didn't even exist as per their advertised channel list. I needed help with set up and created a ticket. No one got back to me. I finally managed to set it up myself but came across a major glitch that prevented me from signing in on my smart tv. Yet again I created a ticket but didn't get any response. I complained about the lack of customer service and next thing I know they cancel my service without refunding me the subscription cost.

I have to agree about their customer service being non-existent although I didn't get as far as actually signing up and trying them out because they're non-responsive to all of my attempts to get some info about their service. Ticket, email and twitter - all a tumbleweed wasteland.

It's Sunday so I expect they're skeleton crewed but other providers are responding to comms today so mega goes in my bin.

I've never signed up but have tried to contact them several times with no reply. If a supplier cannot be bothered to contact a potential customer then I figure their support would be awful
