I've had Ace for 2 months now and I haven't noticed it as bad as you are describing. Are you using ethernet or wifi?

Maybe I'm lucky, but ACE has been great for me. I use a VPN because my ISP throttles me, but I'm streaming great. Mayweather fight was perfect. Customer service is too notch.

Sky sports football and bein sports us not working atm. I was looking foward to watching the match but again, Ace disappointing me and I'm starting to feel that I got scammed for my money. What use of a service if every time something is on it's not working??

Edit: working now after 10 min again. It's not fun to get kicked out for 10 minutes and don't know if the stream is going to be back. Also no 1080p now for some reason lol

I'm also experiencing similar issues, but mostly on their fhd/hd channels.

I'm in the US if that makes any difference. It was all good around 1-2 months back, they seem to have a lot more new subscribers, and dont seem to have the backend to handle the load.

I tried to watch Animal Kingdom on TNT. Right before the star of the show channel went down. I had to wait 1h and streamed it online.

On Floyd Mayweather match,it was impossible to watch after round 5. Most of the big matches on BT sport is unwatchable. I'm sure you don't watch US/CA channels as much as i do. Last week on the Sinner tv show was the same.

That's usually the same for most of the iptv provider. They get good reviews,new subscribers and loosing the customer that they already had. It's no problem,i just wanted to let new subscribers know about this issues. I go to another provider before weekend.

I've been with ACE for a few months now, and generally find it good (although I am in a different part of the world). In the last week or so there have been more channels unavailable than normal though. And I totally agree about the EPG - it's pretty much useless for the US/CA channels, and is often wrong.

My biggest problem with ACE is that, when subscribers raise problems like these on the FB page, they get rounded on and abused by a bunch of aggressive playground fanboys ('Well what do you expect for only ___ per month?', 'Some people are never satisfied' Yawn). ACE seems quite happy to turn a blind eye to this (whilst threatening to ban anyone who is overly critical of their own staff in the comment section). If you subscribe to ACE, you should be able to feel comfortable raising any issues you are having without being abused and ridiculed. I don't believe that is currently the case, and for that reason, I would question the reviews which mention ACE's flawless customer service.

I actually feel your pain and if you look at my history, I just asked if location matters. Someone suggested I put in a ticket and request an server closest to me. They did it and it and so far it's working like a charm! Try that and see if it works for you.

I must admit my wifes been piping up a bit lately which is usually a sign that things are rotten in denmark. She's grumbled that movie channels have booted her out. FUcking AlibiHD is another that keeps doing it. of all the flipping channels to want to watch she bitches about AlibiHD, i mean ffs. For me its been fine. Last weeks F1 was spot on. I managed to watch to the fight, although it was on the last HD backup channel. I dont watch the football so cant comment on that. Overall its still good for me but if it gets too frustrating for her I'll have to start thinking of somewhere else. Incidentally I was investigating her movie issue this morning when i got up. I use a local m3u cause i blend some freeview channels in from TVHeadend. I loaded the online version in VLC and noticed new FHD movie channels. Maybe this new source will be better for her. Atm i'd rate them around 6.5/10

I'm on cat6 wired gigabit internet connection and Ace server is one of the worst of the 4 that I run currently. It has not been very reliable and therefore in my opinion is not worth the $. It was half decent a couple months ago but even at that time there were better options for the $.

I was just fed up with Fabiptv trial, way too much buffer on every damn HD channel. Was to thinking to try ACE but now this. So what is a good iptv today? 200/50 mbps here

Can confirm the same, Ace has gone to shit and is pretty useless now.

ACE was great until the last couple of weeks where it has just been terrible. Unsubscribed today - will return if and when they sort these problems out.

Same here. Whenever I want to watch a big football match it always seems to crash. I frequently get "no channels" on their app - been referring back to /r/soccerstreams which kind of defeats the point of having IPTV. Looking for a new UK focussed provider if anyone can point me in the right direction?
