We've added NBA & NHL, mlb channels are being added (10 currently), NFL already added in anticipation for the season starting.

Also we have the full simpsons, and friends in VOD (not 24/7 channels though so she can pick and choose)

A lot less channels so far on the new service but what's there seems to be more stable. I actually had both services at the same time to compare. Fab is slowly adding new channels and some seem to be from the same source as flawless. I think they are getting there and eventually you will want to switch but for now maybe wait another month.
