I'm doing a trial right now. Does the EPG ever populate? I'm getting 'No Information' for everything on my T1

Webpage isn't loading. Any assistance?

Edit: I also received 12 hour trial which is simply not enough. Can you do 24 or maybe even 48 hour trial?
