fabiptv - review after 1 month

I've been lurking around here for a while and decided to take the plunge with fab iptv having noticed a few good reviews so I took a months subscription which is just coming up for renewal.

Here's a brief review that should help others out that may need a good iptv provider.

Channel selection - 9/10, my only complaints being some of the US channels have been a bit flakey over the last few days however I've been assured the provider is upgrading the kit to fix this on the few us channels, all UK sport for me and entertainment has been spot on. No buffering, dropouts etc and over 400 channels & 2000 vod items.

Device compatability - 10/10, I've been able to use the service on all of my devices including a MAG box, they've just released their own Kodi addon and also a dedicated android app which has been useful for me as I work away a lot.

Vod & Catchup - 10/10, I've sat and sifted my way through loads of vod content and its great not having to go to multiple places for things and having it all in one place. Catchup has just been added too and as far as I know has 5 days worth of catchup tv :)

Price - 10/10, I'm usually a bit iffy when I notice providers are cheap as it usually indicates the service you'll get but not here I'm paying less than the price of 2 pints of beer for a monthly service that rivals my actual cable provider.

Support - 10/10, I've had to open a few tickets during the month due to me being silly and needing some help, and to upgrade to multiroom. I wasn't expecting a reply given it was 2am UK time but I received a response within 15 minutes with an instant resolution rather than going back and forward. They've just added live chat too which is useful for a quick response.

Overall I'm delighted I found fabiptv and as my first dive into iptv it's left a good taste.

Have to say Fabiptv has been excellent. Just extended another 3 months. They have great support and service and i hope they remain that way. Only complaints has been the US channels like others have been saying but it appears they are sorting that out. I tried kodi but ease and simplicty switched to perfect player and the interface feels more like real cable box.

Smoothstreams has also been good, but they lack channels, excellent for US sports. Basically at their subscription price points i just use both.

Thanks for posting your review. I am also new to IPTV. I'm using an actual OTT TV service (PS Vue) and have also used Sling TV in the past. Do you know how this type of service compares in terms of quality? Have you tried any of the OTT providers to be able to comment on that?

PS Vue in particular has been rock solid. I'd probably not cancel it even if I add an IPTV provider but I am curious as to the features and quality (as well as content availability) and how that compares to the OTT providers.

To add to the review - EPG is missing a lot of channels, almost all Canadian channels and lots of USA channels. Otherwise, good quality & well curated group of channels.

Could i get a trial for a day? and also can i put this on plex IPTV plugin? My last IPTV setup was on kodi installed on MI BOX, what are my options?

I've got one-day free trial from FAbiptv and it's working flawlessly without any problems. The customer service is awesome. The service is a mixed of SD/HD and FHD channels. There are no Adult channels, which is a great future, only family and kids oriented. Sports channels are great, VOD is wonderful with more than 2900 movies and episods.
