So a lot of you have been asking me (and you know how much I love listening to my customers) when our newest service is going to launch. I've wanted to take some of these updates to a public forum to gauge interest and to make sure I pick a service that will appeal to the masses.

But first, a few updates.
- We now offer Dreamlink T1 equipment. This so far has been an absolute hit and I've now made it easier for you all to order. On a limited time promotion, if you order a Dreamlink T1 through IPRocket, you will receive a free month of Pioneer AND Apollo. That's two great services for you to try for the entire month . To get a T1, order a service from us as you normally would and select Dreamlink T1 under the Addon an STB field. You will then receive a month of the service you purchased in addition to a free month of Pioneer & Apollo.
- There is now a new process for requesting trials. If you would like to request a trial FOR OUR PIONEER SERVICE ONLY (WE DON'T OFFER TRIALS FOR APOLLO), go to http://iprkt.co/trialrequest . All trial requests are now being run through Mission Control for tracking purposes. Some of you have been taking advantage of our kindness and we have been finding that the same users have been continuously requesting trials. Our panels show the IP that is connected to the service and it's just completely uncalled for. Our services are cheap and my profit-margin is incredibly low. If you like them, buy it.
- Knowledgebase articles are coming...when I have the time to write them. I'm getting this question far too often. With this explosive growth that we have had over the past few weeks I have not had the time to get these written. There's plenty of guides and articles online that you can follow to get these services setup and right now it's honestly not a glaring priority. I will not offer you a refund because of the lack of KB articles, let alone AFTER you order and your subscription is processed.
Now for the big question.
